How to apply Beard Balm
For the uninitiated, applying beard balm can be quite daunting. It's stiff, it's odd but can be a great tool to add to your beard care routine. A good balm can help with styling your beard, tame unruly hairs, give volume to beards, moisturise the skin underneath and take you from looking homeless to Strong Beard Game.
A good beard balm will typically contain ingredients such as Beeswax, Shea Butter, carrier oils like Jojoba Oil or Argan Oil and if you want a scented one, some form of essential oil (if you have sensitive skin, stay away from fragrance oils.
Here's a step by step guide to applying beard balm.
Step 1

Step 2
Take a pea sized amount and place in your palm- use more for longer beards
Step 3
Rub together until you get an oil like consistency - most beard balms will be quite stiff and this is due to the wonderful Shea Butter and Beeswax to help you shape and nourish your beard
Step 4
Massage into your beard, ensuring you get the skin under your beard as well
Step 5
Repeat daily for best results
